How It Works
Adopting fom Sassy Pants Pups involves several key steps. First, you’ll need to fill out an application form to express your interest. Next, we will schedule a phone interview to ensure a good fit for both you and the dog. After completing the adoption paperwork, you'll pay the deposit.

- Reservation Fee: $350 (applied to total purchase price)
- Refundable: Yes
- Transferable: Valid for up to 2 years
- Secure & Risk-Free: Your reservation ensures your place in line without pressure or penalty. All pet puppies are placed on a strict spay/neuter contract through SpaySecure.
Breeding rights may be offered to approved programs for an additional premium.

While all puppies are raised with the same love and standards, we have invested in achieving rare, desirable color traits—which is reflected in pricing. This allows us to offer more affordable options for families who are not particular about coat color.

Every puppy, regardless of price, is a product of the same genetic screening, temperament-focused handling, and curriculum-based raising.
Puppy visitations
Local families on our approved waitlist are welcome to schedule a visit once puppies reach 6–7 weeks old, after their first vaccinations.
For the health and safety of our puppies:
- Please avoid pet stores, dog parks, shelters, or vet offices before visiting.
- Shoes must be removed, and hands sanitized upon entry.
- No drop-ins or unscheduled visits are allowed.
- Only families on the waitlist will be invited for visit or pick-up days.
We are not a kennel—we are a family. For the safety of our home and our dogs, we do not allow home tours or casual visits.

Every Sassy Pants Pup puppy is backed by a 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital defect, we will provide a replacement puppy at no additional cost.

returns & rehoming Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you’re ever unable to care for your puppy:
- We will always accept your dog back—at any age.
- No refunds are provided after 3 days post-pickup.
Exchanges are only available within the 2-Year Guarantee window if a genetic defect is diagnosed.
